We have developed special seat coatings to extend component's life. We use Nimonic, Inconel, steels, lron-based alloys. Titanium and Titanium Aluminides, Engine valve manufactured from these alloys can be welded with Stellite, Triballoy. Colmonoy. Our products applicate in the following makets:

ATD is able to conduct valve seating force dynamic simulation analysis, valve stress strain analysis, valve-valve guide assembly clearance stress analysis, valve dimension optimizing, valve parameterization design, valve fatigue life (estimated) analysis and valve working temperature analysis, etc by using computer simulation analysis system (CAE).
